GENERAL INFORMATION

All orders from our online store are subject to product availability. If for any reason an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.


DELIVERY

Orders are typically delivered within 2 - 7 working days but may vary due to the increasing demand for our courier partner services. We will make the effort to arrange your item delivery at the fastest time possible, but we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

 

Free shipping within NZ for orders over $90. Standard NZ Courier $6.00.

DAMAGE/ NON-DELIVERY

If your parcel arrives damaged, we must be reported it within 24 hours. All original packaging must also be kept so we can arrange a replacement if the claim with the courier is successful.

 
All no deliveries must be reported within 10 days of dispatch so we can arrange a replacement if the claim with the courier is successful. 

 

We are happy to replace an item if it is faulty, please contact us at 022 129 0871 or lilyscollectionnz@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the item. All items must be returned to us in their original condition (new, unused, unworn, unwashed) with their original packaging and all tags and labels attached.


If you wish to exchange or return a product, we must be contacted within 7 days of receiving your item and the item must be returned within 15 days. You will also be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your online order via post unless the item is faulty. Items must be sent back via track and trace, with a signature required. We will either exchange, replace, provide a credit, or refund the purchase price at our discretion. Initial shipping fees will not be refunded unless the item is faulty.

IN-STORE PURCHASES

For in-store purchases, we offer store credit or exchange within 7 days of the purchase date. Please choose carefully as we do not refund for change of mind. Proof of purchase must be presented and product(s) must be in original condition (new, unused, unworn, unwashed) with their original packaging and all tags and labels attached.

We are happy to repair the item or replace it if it is faulty within 7 days of the purchase. All items must be returned to us in their original condition (new, unused, unworn, unwashed) with their original packaging and all tags and labels attached.

 

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on:

- Sale items

- Gift cards.

- Earrings (For hygiene purposes).
